Booking process

4. Click on “Book now”
5. Enter the test taker’s details in the checkout area.
6. Select your payment method and complete the payment.
7. Complete the order.
8. You will receive an email with further information shortly.

1. Immediately after receipt of payment, you will receive an order confirmation and order acceptance by email.

2. A few days later, we will send you an email with further identification information and a link to a checklist. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the exam if you do not receive this email.

3. On the day of the exam, you will receive the Zoom link for the online meeting via email 5 minutes before the exam begins. If you do not arrive on time, the exam cannot be conducted. Please have a valid, original ID document (national identity card or passport) with a clear photo of your name ready for identification. Fictitious certificates are not acceptable.

4. The examiner will begin the exam with you via Zoom. The written part consists of tasks that you will complete independently under supervision using testing software. The oral exam will be conducted by the examiner.

5. Once the exam has been evaluated, you will receive the results and your certificate via email within 10 days. A certificate will only be issued if you pass the exam. To pass, you must achieve at least 50% in each section.

You will need a quiet room at home and a computer or laptop with an internet connection. You will need a monitor, webcam, microphone, PC speakers, and a smartphone. Tablets are not permitted.

Payment is made immediately upon booking. We currently offer no Payment by invoice or bank transfer. Our IBAN will also be not availabe passed on.

Our exams, tasks, texts, and items are specifically developed for the CEFR levels (A1 to C1) to accurately and reliably assess the respective language skills. Evaluation is based on carefully developed rating scales that ensure transparent and accurate results and clearly reflect language proficiency.

Our CEFR language certificates reliably confirm the language level achieved according to the CEFR competency scale. Please note, however, that the requirements for proving German language proficiency through a certificate may vary between institutions, companies, and organizations in Germany and abroad.

On GER level B2 You have already achieved advanced knowledge of the German language. This means that you are able to express yourself fluently and spontaneously in many situations.

The topics in the exam are diverse and more challenging. However, they require a deeper understanding of the language and a certain degree of flexibility in expression. By passing the exam, you demonstrate:

1. You can express yourself clearly and in detail. You have a good command of a wide range of topics, both spoken and written. You can hold a normal conversation with native speakers.

2. You understand complex texts, whether in everyday situations or in specialist areas that interest you. You can grasp the information easily.

3. You can express yourself spontaneously and fluently, without often having to search for words. You can also hold your own in more challenging discussions.

4. You have a flexible command of the German language. You can use it effectively in various social, academic, and professional contexts.

In every German B2 exam at B2 level The exams include listening comprehension, reading comprehension, grammar and vocabulary, a free-text assignment (written exam), and oral exams. These cover various competency areas such as grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills, as well as speaking, interaction, and argumentation skills. Time and points vary depending on the area and task.

The oral examination will be conducted by examiners who have the necessary qualifications to conduct and assess German language examinations and who have successfully completed the Bellamundo training program.
